Nice light dinner tonight but very satisfying with feta, almonds, dried fruits and my home-made honey vinaegrette made with three TBSP. balsamic vinegar added to 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil, juice of two lemons, 1-2 TBSP Honey, salt & pepper, 2 cloves garlic crushed, then whisked and poured over the whole big salad.... Let's dig in!
