I love my Maui Passionfruit Factory

Just kidding.... But I am pumping out the lilikoi jellies today. Three big batches... So I'll probably have about 36 jars.

Who loves lilikoi?
If you've never tried homemade passionfruit jelly you are in for a delightful surprise.
It's bright flavor is unique and satisfying. The color is a gorgeous golden yellow.
The seeds of the fruit when chewed are actually high in anti- oxidants.
I make a low sugar jelly which requires half the sugar of normal recipes because of the citrus pectin...

Try making jam or jelly sometime. It is old-fashioned and take you back to a simpler place and time.
Today is a beautiful, breezy Maui day. The scent of lilikoi us blowing through my house, as I have two big pots on the stove boiling for 15 minutes until the fruit is soft. I'll strain the liquid to discard the seeds and skins then prepare my jelly. see my link for lilikoi jelly or mango jam at http://theartfulhawaiigirl.wordpress.com
