Making Marinara baby!

What are you having on
meatless Monday?


Marinara, baby!


I love big mushrooms sautéed with olive oil, butter, garlic and slivered onions... I add Tomato sauces, Italian herbs like basil, oregano, Rosemary plus salt and pepper simmer for an hour.
