My Pork Roast came out perfect!

Wes, @OnoToGo would be proud of me. I seasoned with The Lavender Pepper rub and pierced it to place slices of garlic inside. Seared all sides first then roasted in a broiling pan over water with some liquid smoke added.


I had the oven at 350 degrees for 60 minutes ( by mistake ) but lowered to 300 for another half hour. Not much shrinkage and totally juicy!


My Spinach salad is fresh washed, dried and chilled leaves, grated Parmesan, minced garlic cloves, fresh squeezed lemon and 2 tsp. Olive oil tossed to coat the spinach...
