I butterflied these huge shrimp and did an herb boil with fresh herbs from @KulaFields ... Thyme, flatleaf parsley, Rosemary, sage, olive oil, fresh garlic butter and voilà. Served with fresh squeezed limes and lemons and a Louis sauce. This was our appetizer before Chicken Parmesan....
