Just put on a pot of Basmati and white rice.. Pounded two heads of garlic (about 20 cloves) and minced 4 oz. Fresh Ginger in my food processor in 2 seconds... 1 cup sugar, 3 cups shoyu, 1 cup water and marinating for three hours minimum in the fridge.
I'll bake at 375 degrees for about 45 minutes or grill.
