@Kulafields

Roxanne of @Kulafields donated most of the fresh herbs and vegetables prepared for the Persion cooking demo. Fresh dill, cilantro, green onions, parsley were combined with Basmati rice. Diced cucumbers, raisins walnuts and yogurt garnished with fresh mint and dried rose petals chilled was divinely refreshing and delicious.
My favorite dish!
