In the Cool light of late afternoon

Gardens look so pretty in late afternoon light. This or early morning is my favorite time to photograph without harsh cast shadows or sunlight so bright that washes everything out.

Low light brings out the cool colors...
It is also a nice time for picking! Early mornings when dew is still on your leaves is best but I also like to puck just before my late watering just before wrapping up the day getting ready for dinner!

What's going on in your gardens?
