Perfect rice on a camping stove!

I mixed white rice and basmati for a fragrant mix. While my drummettes
were grilling and some were simmering on another stove (2 burner hot
plate) inside the cabin, I cooked the rice on a small Coleman camp
stove. Takes a while to come to a boil but wow! Perfection:-)
