I used to love cous-cous but since I discovered quinoa I don't really use it anymore. I prefer quinoa becuase it's so simple to prepare and it's so delicious.

I figured Maui would have some of the best flowers and plants for a tropical garden.
If you go into the greenhouse and into the building, you will see the register for the tour. When we went the employee was chilling out at a table.

that looks so yummy Marilyn. BTW I recently tried this fruit called star apple which sort of taste like lychee but w/o any tartness and so much sweeter and so much better! It looks like a lilikoi on the outside. You chill it, cut it in half and spoon eat it. I heard it is everywhere in the Philipines but not so common on Oahu. So so good!!!

Thank you for the video of Glenn and me!! It was such a wonderful afternoon in Ulupalakua. Glenn and I play at Kimo's June 19 (8-10).
I will be doing a solo at the Upcountry Fair, Sat. June 12 @ 1100-11:45 . I hope to see you there!!
You are truly an inspiration. Send my best to your mom and sister!!
By the way, those musicians were the Shiro Mori Trio. Shiro on keys, Doug White on bass, and Paul Marchetti on drums. I performed with all three of them. They are great people and wonderful mentors!!
